Room Rates
Posted room rates do not include 5.0% WI state sales tax, $2 B & B Association fee / night & 8.0% city of Pewaukee room tax. Rates are for 1 to 2 guests per room. A simple continental self serve breakfast is included in the room rate. Want something more? When booking your stay, just select breakfast. Why pay for it if you prefer to not have it!
Guests Allowed
During your stay, the # of visiting guests can not exceed
the # of payed guests.
Stay Requirements
One night stays are available. There is no room service for short term guests. Laundry facilities are only available to guests for long term stays of 7 days or more when booking the entire Farmhouse. Please ask the InnKeeper for cost. Breakfast are not when renting the Farmhouse as a whole.
Cleaning Fees
We have no excessive cleaning fees but we do expect that you leave the premises orderly the way you found it!
Please bag & place your trash outside of the front door upon leaving, pur ryour dirty dishes rinsed & in the dishwasher & you wetp towels in the hamper located in your closet.
Check In / Check out
SELF CHECK IN is between 3 pm and 9 pm (You'll receive an email w details prior to your arrival and of course we are just a phone call away!)
Check out is 11 am
Reservations
In order to reserve a room or the entire Inn, we require payment when booking.
We accept ALL major credit cards, cash or check (w photo ID) Balance due upon check in.
Cancellations
We are a small Inn and cancellations affect us greatly. We understand cancellations may be beyond your control. If your travel plans change, we will give a full refund if cancelled 14 days or more prior to your reservation date.
If less than 14 day notice is provided, 1 evenings stay will be charged. If less than 2 days notice is provided, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the reservation.
We do recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
Non-Smoking / Candle Policy
For the comfort & safety of our guests, The Inn is smoke free. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor courtyard off by the entrance of The Inn.
For the safety of our guests and due to the historic nature of The Inn, burning of candles is prohibited.
Pets & Children
The Inn is best suited for guests seeking a quiet atmosphere so unless the entire house is rented, we feel that the age limit of children 12 yrs or older is appropriate.
Although we are animal lovers, we do not accommodate pets. There is excellent boarding for pets very close to The Inn. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.
Guests with Mobility Issues
Because of the age of The Inn ( 170 years old) and two Bed Chambers are on the 2nd floor, The Inn may be inaccessible to some guests with moderate to severe mobility. We apologize if this creates a limitation to any prospective guests.
